We cook the way we'd want to eat — and we keep it simple about it.
Culinary Impressions started small and grew slowly. Fifteen years in, what we do hasn't really changed: we listen to what the day needs, we draft a menu around it, and we cook it. The scallops come from the Bay of Fundy. The beef comes from farms an hour's drive away. The kitchen team has been with me for years.
There's no script. Every wedding, every corporate dinner, every Sunday family lunch is its own thing. We work hard to make sure that comes through on the plate.

Plated dinners, family-style receptions, cocktail-hour canapés. We work with your venue, your planner, and the day you've sketched out — and we feed everyone like it's their wedding too.

Menus built around you
Every menu is drafted from scratch for the event. We cost it in advance — no surprises on the day.
Local sourcing
Bay of Fundy seafood. NB-raised beef and pork. Produce from growers within an hour's drive whenever the season cooperates.
Restaurant-quality, on location
We cook to order on-site whenever the venue allows. Seared scallops, hot beef, food that hasn't been sitting under a chafer for two hours.
Dietary, taken seriously
Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, kosher-style, nut-free, allergy notes labelled per container — send your list when you inquire.

Perry leads the kitchen. The service team has worked together for years. You won't see a roster of strangers walk into your venue.
